Is Spencer Pratt really as proud of his girlfriend's Playboy cover as he looks in these pictures or is it all just a way to sell more of the magazine?! You never know with these two! Spencer and Heidi Montag were spotted leaving CUT Steakhouse in Beverly Hills yesterday with the magazine up for show and at least Heidi looked happy over her boyfriend's enthusiasm!
