The Hills star couple Spencer Pratt and his newly madeover wife Heidi Montag spent their Valentine's Day in Las Vegas! They hosted a party at Pure nightclub and posing on the red carpet as usual! Heidi spoke about her recent plastic surgery, saying she loves her new chin the most and wants to make her breasts even bigger, while Spencer says he doesn't care about the surgeries, his favourite thing about Heidi is her lovely blonde hair. We think Vegas is the perfect place for these two crazy blondes!
