The Hills star Heidi Montag's big sister Holly Montag held a birthday bash on Saturday night at Empire Hollywood in Los Angeles and everyone noticed that Heidi and her husband, Spencer Pratt never showed up even though they were invited. We hear the reason for their no-show is that Speidi expect payment to show up at parties and of course, no one offered them any money to come to a family event! Shocking!(Source: FOX)
