Spencer Pratt and his wife Heidi Montag (Pratt) were, not surprisingly, not very successful in the survivor competition I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here and left mid-way to check in to the exclusive Four Seasons hotel! Heidi has been trying to recover from the sickness she came down with during the show and even though she's doing better we think she looks very pale in these pictures!
