Newly married Heidi Montag fled home to LA from Mexico when she and hubby Spencer Pratt realized they were right in the middle of the swine flu and now Heidi is lunching in LA again. She was spotted with sister-in-law Stephanie Pratt at Catherine Malandrino the other day with a brand new Hermès Birkin Bag and though we love her ripped jeans we have to say Stephanie wins the outfit battle this time with her grungy plaid shirt and Converse shoes!

At the Ivy in L.A., i sat right next to spencer
and heidi!! But that was in 2007 so you probably
don't want my pictures, LOL.
