Heidi Montag had one final dress rehearsal yesterday afternoon to prepare for the Miss Universe pageant this evening and showed off a pretty hideous Britney Spears-like outfit that didn't leave much to the imagination! Not very classy, but on the other hand we are talking about one half of Speidi! What do you think of Heidi's get-up?!
