Okay, we know glitter and sparkles are trendy right now, but we think this is all a bit much! The Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were seen leaving their hotel in New York for a television show and Heidi's outfit nearly blinded everyone around her with all the sparkles and shines!
