Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are in Mexico at the moment enjoying a romantic vacation in Mexico, perhaps celebrating a second engagement! The couple who everyone loves to hate was seen relaxing in the sun and kissing each other on the beach looking very happy indeed! Heidi famously called off the couple's engagement last year and she and Spencer took a short break from each other as you may have seen on the TV-show The Hills. According to Usmagazine however, Spencer has now managed to convince his girlfriend to marry him again and she has agreed! "I'm ready to marry Spencer," the 21-year-old star told the magazine, "He's my soulmate." Congratulations we guess!
