Looks like another staged paparazzi scene from The Hills couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt. This time its to show how they are coping with the economic crisis. Heidi and Spencer raided the aisles of this 99 cent Store to find some cheap valentines pressies, a pair of red quilted handcuffs and some plastic roses. Economical doesn?t have to mean cheap and tacky you two!
