There is definitely a bit of bulge there,
As we told you before, after their fairytale wedding in LA Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt flew first class to Mexico and enjoyed some sun and surf. Does something look a bit odd to you in these pictures? Look at Heidi's tummy. She usually has perfectly flat abs, but in these pictures she is looking seriously bloated! Could Heidi be pregnant? We are sure they will be the first to let everyone know when the time is right!

lke when u have a perfect body, that doesnt mean
it would stay frever its ok cuz sumtimes we have
a lil weight gains so if its just weight leave her
alone cuz we ALL deal w/ weight once in a while
