Heidi is almost famous for undergoing 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day including breast implants and revision nose surgery.

After Heidi Montag(Pratt)'s big live performance at the Miss Universe contest in the Bahamas this weekend, she and her new husband fellow The Hills star Spencer Pratt decided to enjoy some island fun on the Bahamas beaches! Spencer is still reading Heidi's Playboy cover magazine, he has it wherever they go and shoves it in the cameras at every opportunity, just like they throw their bodies and and their sexy antics at us as well! Will these two ever get sick of posing for the photogs? Somehow we don't think so!

Heidi Montag had one final dress rehearsal yesterday afternoon to prepare for the Miss Universe pageant this evening and showed off a pretty hideous Britney Spears-like outfit that didn't leave much to the imagination! The Miss Universe Pageant 2009 is only a day away and Heidi Montag has now moved rehearsals for her performance from Los Angeles to the Bahamas. Heidi strutted her stuff on stage all day yesterday wearing a skimpy outfit as she rehearsed the apparently very sexy moves! Let's just hope she's planning to put on something a little more elegant for the real performance!
