Supermodel Heidi Klum is pregnant with her 4th child with singer Seal and she really is showing now! The new baby girl is due in the fall and Heidi admits she is packing on the pounds this time. She says she always gets rounder when she is pregnant with a girl, but she is fine with all the changes to her body.`It's not like I'm going, "Oh my God!" I?m used to that part of it.
