Heidi Klum isn?t just one of the hottest, most successful models in the world; she also seems to be a very devoted mother! Heidi brought her kids Leni, Henry and Johan as well as her mother Ema to The Grove in Los Angeles yesterday for a day of fun in the sun. The family took a train ride and walked around just enjoying their Sunday. Heidi, who is a spitting image of her mother Ema, was looking very hip in a black t-shirt and trucker cap and seemed very happy to spend time with her kids!
