Who looks the most stylish in the slashed little black dress?

All three these stars chose to wear this Hervé Léger this week! Heather Graham wore it to the premiere of her new movie The Hangover and then both The Hills stars Kristin Cavallari and Heidi Montag(Pratt) wore it to parties. We think this slashed dress is sexy, but it is not flattering for everyone! Who do you think carried off this look best?
