Heath Ledger's family to attend The Dark Knight premiere!

Heath Ledger's family will travel from Perth, Australia to attend the New York premiere of the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight, next month. The family has confirmed their attendance at the premiere on July 14, just days before the six-month anniversary of Ledger's death. Ledger died on January 22 this year of a prescription drug overdose; he was just 28 years old. The actor's co-star in the movie, Aaron Eckhart, told PEOPLE "What happened with Heath is so sad. It's tragic; it's hard to believe. Heath was loved by everybody on the set. People were in awe of him."
