As you know, Miley Cyrus just returned from a whirlwind tour of the world promoting her new Hannah Montana movie. She is back in California now and it looks like even though Miley says Spain has the best looking boys, she England made the biggest fashion impression on her! The Hannah Montana star was spotted leaving SoHo Hotel in New York with her dad the other day and this time she wasn't the one who flashed the peace sign, her dad Billy Ray Cyrus did!
