The FBI were put on the case and they even raided a guy called Josh Holly's house in Tennessee, but 6 months later he hasn't been arrested yet and the FBI say they are still working on it! Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus made a stop at the In 'n Out Burger in LA yesterday with her crew on the way back from Disney's studios. Unlike normal 16-year olds, Mileys burger buddies were not a bunch a of other giggling teenage girls, but her older sister Brandi, grandma and Sophie the pet Mulitpoo! Miley sure is tight with her whole family and we think that is sweet.

The new Hannah Montana movie has a lot people talking! Does it mean the end for Miley Cyrus and her Disney character Hannah? Miley says she doesn't know, it is up to Disney themselves. She says she is still busy shooting the latest tv season, but hasn't been told if she is going to be doing another one after that. The 16-year old star has been playing Hannah since she was 11.
