History: Hennes & Mauritz, most commonly known as H&M, is a Swedish clothing line. The company is known for its fast fashion clothing available for all ages, both men and women. H&M does actually has more than 1700 stores in 34 different countries and over 73 000 employers. It was established in Västerås, Sweden by Erling Persson in 1947 and was then only offering clothes for women. But they quickly rose in business and has through recent years collaborated exclusive collections with top designers such as Karl Lagerfeld, Victor&Rolf, Stella McCartney and Roberto Cavalli, even the singer Madonna!

Whitney Port has never been afraid of experimenting with fashion and she is not a label snob either, that's part of what we like about her. Yesterday Whitney went on a shopping adventure with a friend wearing a pretty interesting mix of snakeskin harem pants, a white tank and a grey oversized cardigan. Not exactly her most stylish look, but she still pulled it off and looked comfy, so points to her! Sometimes style is an attitude, not just a look girls!

Jimmy Choo's president Tamara Mellon is one of the celebrities who decided to end the year in style on St Barths and was spotted on a boat with friends yesterday afternoon. After the success that was Jimmy Choo for H&M we think Tamara deserves a vacation and the Caribbean is always a safe bet!

Miranda Cosgrove's Fashion Gamble!

There were some hot young celebs at this weekend's Jingle Ball at the Madison Square Gardens in NYC! Gossip Girl star Leighton was there and looking fierce, as we showed before! Scandalous rocker and American Idol star Adam Lambert was in full makeup and rock chic too, but someone who really surprised us on the red carpet was Nickelodeon sweetheart Miranda Cosgrove! In her black and white dress with the huge dice print on it, this is probably the biggest scandal, squeaky-clean Miranda has ever cuased! Is she supporting gambling? We think probably not, she just liked the fun pattern! See what everyone else was wearing below!

This Week's 9 Worst Dressed Celebrities!

9. Actress Chrystee Pharris really wanted to be noticed on the red carpet this week, so she really went all out! We think she could have done without the feathers at the bottom of her pants though!

8. British Royal Sarah Ferguson, or Fergie as most know her, has never really been known as a fashionista and this dress shows why. With all of her experience with dressing for events, we would have thought she knew what flattered her figure by now!

7. Meg Ryan has quirkly style, but this dress in not exactly unique, we have seen this fabric on a few sofas before! Not a great look for her!

6. We get Jackie Cave's Topshop girlie outfit, but really there is way too much going on here! Definitely taking off one or two of these very loud patterns would have helped this fashion emergency situation!

4. Oh Phoebe Price! We know she dresses like this on purpose to be noticed, but its not stylish, no matter which way you look at it! We have a tip, take it down a few notes and she might just end up on the best dressed lists and make her get noticed for the right reasons!

3. We love Rihanna's risk-taking style usually, but even she gets it wrong sometimes. We don't love this slashed zebra stripe dress at all!

2. Taylor Momsen looks like she got dressed in the dark. Her hair is straggly, she is not wearing anything under her shirt lingerie stockings and its not even buttoned properly. We hear Taylor has been hanging out with Lilo lately, and it shows in her style choices!

2. Lily Allen is on the list because she committed one of the biggest fashion crimes there are. Wear clothes that fit ladies, too-tight dresses are always going to make you look bad!

1. Bai Ling came dressed to the Sonia Rykiel for H&M launch party in Paris like a punky disco chicken and it wasn't pretty! But we are sure Bai thought it was fabulous and that is why she is our number 1 this week!

We have some classic advice for this week's worst dressed celebrity's straight from fashion icon Coco Chanel herself. Before you leave the house, take off the last accessory you added to your outfit and then your look will be complete! This rule would really have helped to rescue Phoebe Price for instance, but the opposite is also true for Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen, who seems to have forgotten her pants! Former supermodels still looking stunning!

Iconic French designer Sonia Rykiel is the latest designer to collaborate with fashion store H&M and this time its lingerie! The collection will be in-stores on December 5th, but the launch party was held last in Paris! The designer and her daughter were there to rub shoulders with glam guests like Hollywood starlet Kate Bosworth and former super models Eva Herzigova and Nadia Auermann. The show looked like a show-stopper too, with wild geese and bicycles on the runway!
