What happened to the macro-biotic diet Gwyneth Paltrow? The actreess must have had a serious food craving yesterday. She snuck into a local English Pub and sat by herself in a back room and scoffed on pizza and beer, probably hoping no one would notice her, the paps in London don't miss a thing though!
