Gwen Stefani takes baby Zuma Rossdale for a check up at a Beverly Hills Medical Clinic after returning from a vacation in Mexico the day before. Zuma seemed relaxed and snuggled up in his mother's arms. Let's hope that it was nothing wrong with the little chubby cutie!
