Gwen Stefani, singer, actress, fashion designer, and general icon of all things fabulous wore this outfit while out shopping and enjoying a long lunch in West Hollywood yesterday. Are those harem pants or capris? Is that see-through asymmetric top with the black bra amazing or just weird and do those snake skin printed heels compliment the whole look or are they a disaster?
