9. Beverly Hills 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord was out partying in this awful top.

8. This is a good example of how NOT to match a jacket with a dress. Poor actress Amanda Brooks needs the help from a stylist badly! 7. Actress Pooja Kapoors looks like she's wearing grandma's curtains... 6. The person responsible for singer Kelly Clarksons stage clothing should be fired - IMMEDIATELY!! 5. This dress makes reality star Kourtney Kardashian look pregnant and we are guessing that was not her intention... 4. Oups, this was really red! Singer Ciara looks wrong, wrong, wrong!! 3. Pampered housewife Darcy Snodgrass was seen on the red carpet for the first time long before heiress Paris Hilton was even born. But obviously experience is not always a good thing. 2. Artist Grayson Perry could easily have been this week's no 1, but since he's so funny looking he only makes it to no 2. 1. THIS WEEKS WORST DRESSED It is really sad to have O.C. star Mischa Barton on top of this list. Mischa can be so stylish, but this was such a disaster that she didn't give us any other choice!

9. English society girl Victoria Hervey seems to have decided to beat the record in having the deepest low-cut dress. And how is she even able to walk in this 13 meter long dress?!

8. Jade Jagger, daughter to Rolling Stones-singer Mick Jagger och model Bianca Jagger, should stay with her hippie-chic style we've seen lately. We don't really know what she was aiming on when she put on this horrible blue dress! 7. Actress Rosamund Pikes' weird trousers seem to be taken directly from a circus and that vest didn't really do the outfit any better... 6. Please somebody call fashion police because this vest should be illegal! Not only couldn't Mickey Rourke barely move his face after visiting the plastic surgery office, but then he also chose to make an horrible impression with his outfit! 1. THIS WEEKS WORST DRESSED This week's number one is no one less than artist Grayson Perry who chose this odd dress to mingle in. Do we need to say more?
Some celebrities never seem stop surprising us with their complete lack of sense of style. We have been able to spot a couple of total misses where we just can't figure out what they were thinking. Mickey Rourke succeeded to match his operated face with an illegally ugly vest. Jade Jagger who earned a spot in the best dressed celebs last week has now dropped down to this embarrassing list - we hope it's a one and only big mistake!
