We spotted Taylor Momsen on the Gossip Girl set in Manhattan again yesterday and we just have to say this. She looks so much better when she is dressed as her character Jenny Humphry than when she is out and about as just Taylor. Taylor is such a tri-hard with all the garters and the underwear and the overdone everything, but Jenny is just effortlessly edgy-chic!

I totally agree!! Taylor style is awful!! She's
not Madonna and we're not in the 80's anymore...
