Now that she is dating a major Hollywood A-list celebrity,Italian actress Elisabetta Canalis' own star status is sure to be on the rise too! We spotted her shopping in Milan yesterday, looking every bit the sexy star and she even had with her, the hottest celebrity accessory: the cute little lap doggie! The only thing Elisabetta needs is one of those popular little Louis Vuitton dog cases to carry her puppy in, as she was struggling to hold onto him on the busy streets!
