We are really enjoying the new, grown up and stylish Demi Lovato! The Disney star was out shopping with a friend yesterday in Los Angeles and she was head -to-toe chic in a little black dress, a blazer and Ray-Ban sunglasses. We are wondering why she wasn't invited to New York Fashion Week with this kind of dressing! Watch out world Demi is ready for take-off!
