This Week's 9 Worst Dressed Celebrities!

9. Actress Chrystee Pharris really wanted to be noticed on the red carpet this week, so she really went all out! We think she could have done without the feathers at the bottom of her pants though!

8. British Royal Sarah Ferguson, or Fergie as most know her, has never really been known as a fashionista and this dress shows why. With all of her experience with dressing for events, we would have thought she knew what flattered her figure by now!

7. Meg Ryan has quirkly style, but this dress in not exactly unique, we have seen this fabric on a few sofas before! Not a great look for her!

6. We get Jackie Cave's Topshop girlie outfit, but really there is way too much going on here! Definitely taking off one or two of these very loud patterns would have helped this fashion emergency situation!

4. Oh Phoebe Price! We know she dresses like this on purpose to be noticed, but its not stylish, no matter which way you look at it! We have a tip, take it down a few notes and she might just end up on the best dressed lists and make her get noticed for the right reasons!

3. We love Rihanna's risk-taking style usually, but even she gets it wrong sometimes. We don't love this slashed zebra stripe dress at all!

2. Taylor Momsen looks like she got dressed in the dark. Her hair is straggly, she is not wearing anything under her shirt lingerie stockings and its not even buttoned properly. We hear Taylor has been hanging out with Lilo lately, and it shows in her style choices!

2. Lily Allen is on the list because she committed one of the biggest fashion crimes there are. Wear clothes that fit ladies, too-tight dresses are always going to make you look bad!

1. Bai Ling came dressed to the Sonia Rykiel for H&M launch party in Paris like a punky disco chicken and it wasn't pretty! But we are sure Bai thought it was fabulous and that is why she is our number 1 this week!

We have some classic advice for this week's worst dressed celebrity's straight from fashion icon Coco Chanel herself. Before you leave the house, take off the last accessory you added to your outfit and then your look will be complete! This rule would really have helped to rescue Phoebe Price for instance, but the opposite is also true for Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen, who seems to have forgotten her pants! Former supermodels still looking stunning!

Iconic French designer Sonia Rykiel is the latest designer to collaborate with fashion store H&M and this time its lingerie! The collection will be in-stores on December 5th, but the launch party was held last in Paris! The designer and her daughter were there to rub shoulders with glam guests like Hollywood starlet Kate Bosworth and former super models Eva Herzigova and Nadia Auermann. The show looked like a show-stopper too, with wild geese and bicycles on the runway!

It has got to be being Pixie Geldof! She is a member of British rock royalty, has great personal style, is a total London IT girl and she spends her life going from party to party having the best time! Plus she is not even 21 years old yet! Life must be one big good time with no end in sight! Some girls have all the luck! We saw Pixie at London's Tabernacle club last night leaving a party and she looked so happy!

8. All eyes were on actress Chloë Sevigny at the Prada book party this weekend,we think we know why! She rocked the underwear as outerwear trend a little too much! She looked like a granny showing off her undies unfortunately, in this jewelled skirt and grey cardigan.

7. Shannyn Sossamon was a model before she was an actress but in this outfit you would never say that! Those pants make her look very short and her waistline has disappeared under the heavy fabrics she has chosen to wear! Unflattering in every way!

6. Mariah Carey never really gets it right does she? Her dress is way too tight as usual and she looks like she has been stuffed into her dress! Also she is cutting her body off at the waist and the ankles, both places that could have made her seem longer and leaner! Fail!

5. Professional ballroom dancer Edyta Sliwinska looked like she had come right off the beach and onto the red carpet this week at the TV Guide Awards! Shiny zebra print with gold sandals is just not good enough for an event like this, sorry!

4. The TV Guide Awards seems to have been the place for bad black and white outfits this week! Lisa Edelstein wore this strange black and white wrap dress with the shoulder padding and feathered shawl. To make it worse her hair is so tightly pulled back her head looks tiny compared with the rest of her. No Lisa no!

3. Twilight star Kristen Stewart decided to show off some skin this week at the movie's premiere in Spain, we are just not sure anyone else wanted to see it! The see-through panel at the back of her skirt, just makes her look a bit cheap! Not sexy Kristen, especially on a red carpet!

2.Here is proof again that just because something was a huge hit on the runway, does not mean it translates well on the red carpet! This neon Prouenza Schouler does not flatter Kristen Stewart in any way. Congrats on mistake number 2 this week Kristen!

1. Looking at this picture its hard to imagine Amy Winehouse used to be known for her amazing retro style! We are sure Amy isn't trying out her own version of the new underwear trend! She is just plain flashing everyone in sight! Nothing on her fits propertly and she is still a mess, sorry!

This week sees a new record on our worst dressed list! One actress did so many events this past week and made two huge red carpet fashion mistakes, she is taking up 2 spots on the list! We also have a former supermodel who lost her usual style magic and then of course there is Mariah Carey, who with her always too-tight clothing, is no stranger to a position here! Whitney Port has gone from being an unknown Los Angelite to a true fashionista thanks to her roles on The Hills and The City and it's obvious she knows what she's doing! Whit isn't scared to mix patterns and materials and at the opening of the boutique Undrest in West Hollywood last night she proved that you can wear a plaid coat with a striped shirt. Rachel Bilson made her way around the Los Angles yesterday shopping around for new homeware items. As usual, even just a trip to her local store is a fashion event for Rachel! She looked classicly stylish in a white blouse, suit pants, killer pumps and a fab bag! No wonder she is becoming such a modern fashion icon, she is always dressed to impress, we love it!
