Glee star Lea Michele wore this black Herve Leger dress to an event earlier this year and wore her hair in bangs and a pair of peep-toe pumps. While Nelly Furtado wore the same dress just last week for an awards show. Nelly put her hair up and wore black tights with her pumps. So, which of these ladies wore it best? Vote!

lea..... I hate to say this but I agree with
Benji, Nelly looks a bit chunky in this dress. If
she is getting a little hippy that is fine but
this is not the dress for that.
