Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria wore this sparkly dress first, but did she wear it the best? We spotted Cheryl Cole in the same Elie Saab one-shoulder mini at her ring collection launch this week and she wore hers with long flowing hair where Eva wore it with an updo and statement earrings.
