Victoria Beckham's svelte figure is easily one of the most discussed celebrity bodies of all time. Many are convinced she's suffering from severe eating disorders, and we have to say that her lifestyle does indeed sound a bit sketchy. She's admitted to be doing a series of 200 sit-ups per day to keep her abdominal toned and says that she sticks to a diet consisting of strawberries lettuce, edamame soy beans and peppermint tea. She's also not a big fan of air plane food, and usually settles for nothing but cups of tea for the eleven hour long flights she frequently takes between London and Los Angeles.
