What's Eva Mendes hiding?!

Eva Mendes did some shopping at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon and seemed to be in good spirits! When she finished shopping, the rehabbed actress strolled along with a slight smile to a corner store where she bought something that she quickly concealed. Before jumping into her SUV she waved to the photographers, smiled and answered a few quick questions!
