Two of TV's hottest stars chose this pretty feathered Badgley Mischka dress for red carpet events recently. Desperate Wife Eva Longoria wore it below the knee with sexy flowing hair, parted to one side. On the other hand, Beverly Hills 90210's Jessica Stroup shortened it to show off her legs with a more "done" hairstyle. Who rocked the feathers better?
