Emma Stone convinced her parents to let her move to Hollywood when she was fourteen by making a Powerpoint presentation aptly titled, Project Hollywood.

Emily Deschanel from "Bones" can you tell that she just had a baby a few months ago? Rachel Zoe in an ill-fitting dress with gross sleeves. Menswear done right: we love the pop of red on Evan Rachel Wood's lips against the black and maroon of her suit. The gorgeous Kate Beckinsale. Ashley Benson in a little white dress. Kinda boring, but also cute. Why would Jaime King ever wear such an ugly dress? It's not very well made, the color is terrible, and the fabric is so offensive! We love Miranda Kerr, but we don't really love this dress. It reminds of a child's birthday party. The great Tilda Swinton in a very Tilda Swinton outfit. Jessica Alba is so gorgeous!

Worst: We love the shape of Miley Cyrus' dress, it almost made the mark but the weird rainbow side panel and the hot pink metallic heels feel flat.

Best: We love the little green dress and Nina Dobrev looks great in hers. Worst: The fit on this dress seems a bit off for Demi Lovato and the color washes her out. Best: Cute Chloe Moretz in baby doll green and black dress with mary janes! A classic and age appropriate look! Worst: Lea Michele wore this strange fringed dress, she looks like a mummy! Best: Demi looks lovely in red! Best: Emma Stone wears a Gucci green tux! This is menswear done right. Worst: Elisa Cuthbert looks super boring in this dress! Best: The cast of "How I Met Your Mother" looks lovely. We love that the ladies wore solid colors. Our only complaint: Jason Segel needs to shave! Worst: What is Kelly Osbourne thinking? The dress is too long and her hair is ugly! A chic, black bob with a slightly shorter hem would've looked so much better.
