No, we're not talking about fan mail! Elton actually receives daily shipments of breast milk from the surrogate mother of his son via FedEx! What a weird and wonderfully wicked celebrity like thing to do!

Elton explained, "The baby has been brought up in Los Angeles for the first four months so we've had the breast milk FedExed from where she is to Los Angeles every day. She and her family will still be a part of our lives growing up."

We suppose there really is no such thing as a normal family anymore, specially not in Hollywood!
