Newly single Halle Berry took a much deserved break with friends at an Italian Restaurant in West Hollywood on friday! The actress split with longtime boyfriend model Gabriel Aubry not too long ago! The former couple have a 2-year-old daughter, Nahla Ariela, together. Halle looked slightly tipsy as she left the restaurant! This hardworking mother and actress deserves to have some fun!

Lindsay Lohan can't catch a break! Not only has she been sentenced to jail for 90 days after failing to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes, now her laywer has up and quit! Lindsay was being represented by Shawn Chapman Holley but when TMZ called the lawyer for a comment on one of their stories she informed them that she is no longer working on that case. Instead Lindsay has hired Tiffany Feder-Cohen, a brand new lawyer who passed the bar just this past November. Hmmm... (Source: TMZ)

Lindsay Lohan Back in Court!

Back in court...again! As we all know Lindsay Lohan has to wear a SCRAM bracelet around her ankle which measures the amount of alcohol she consumes and which lights up if she drinks anything with alcohol in it. At one of the MTV Movie Awards afterparties the bracelet lit up and yesterday Lindsay was back in court to determine whether or not she in fact broke the terms of her probation. Cross your fingers for her!

Update:

Obviously crossing our fingers didn't help because shortly after these pictures were taken Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation terms. Lindsay has failed to attend all the alcohol ed classes that she was sentenced to last time and this time the judge was unyielding. Not even when Lindsay broke down in tears and said "I did the best I could" did the judge falter. It is however likely that Lohan will have to serve all 90 days in prison as a female inmate usually only serves about 25% of their sentences. (Source: TMZ)

It must suck to be Lindsay Lohan right now. Not only is she forced to wear the SCRAM bracelet around her ankle, preventing her from drinking any and all alcohol, she can't drive yet either even though having a car is sort of a must in a city like LA. Lindsay's been good lately though, attending her driving school lessons in Glendale, even though she didn't look too happy about it yesterday when we spotted her leaving the school!

A private jet carrying comedian Dave Chappelle was forced to make an emergency landing in Pittsburgh yesterday after the pilot deemed Dave a flight risk. According to sources Dave refused to wear a seat belt during the flight and on several occasions he went into the cockpit to ask the pilot how long the flight would be and then started grabbing the pilot's arms. After the plane landed Dave was sent to a local hotel where staff say that he wanted to rent a car and drive back to Ohio but that he couldn't remember where he lived. (Source: TMZ)

Uh oh Paris! As you know heiress Paris Hilton is in South Africa at the moment to join in the World Cup festivities but she hardly managed to get off the plane before landing herself in trouble! Paris was reportedly arrested during the Holland-Brazil game earlier today after cops at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium spotted her smoking marijuana in the stands. Paris was escorted from the stadium and taken to a police station in St. Croix and is expected to have appeared in court this evening. The Hilton reps have yet to comment on the incident but we're guessing they're not very happy with Paris right now! (Source: Times Live)
