Brooke Burke and her husband David Charvet had dinner at the same restaurant as Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson ate this weekend, Traverna Tonys in Malibu. The interesting thing wasn't that Brooke and David share the same taste in food as LiLo and Sam however, but that David got out of the drivers side carrying an open, half-empty bottle of Corona beer which he took with him into the restaurant. Was the actor drinking it on the way to the restaurant?! Strange seeing as Brooke's kids were in the car as well. Get a grip David!

Avril Lavigne was spotted leaving Villa Nightclub in West Hollywood last night. Lately the singer has been canceling a slew of concerts because she was sick but now she seems to look quite healthy again! The singer has been writing small messages in her hand, like "I´ve lost my voice" but that doesn´t seem to stop her from partying! It looks like Avril is tired of performing and would rather party!

Eva Mendes was spotted at her local 7/11 where she bought a stack of magazines and a few cans of food. The actress was dressed in a pretty white summer dress and red flip flops and exited the store deep in conversation on her cell phone. Eva spent a few weeks at rehab a while back, around the same time that Kirsten Dunst, and seems to be doing much better unlike her colleague. According to WWD Kirsten has been replaced by Vanessa Paradis in the Miu Miu campaign because the company doesn't believe she has recovered from her alcohol addiction. Dunst was seen partying on May 2nd even though she just got out of rehab. Let's hope Eva knows better than that!

In the new issue of US Weekly the magazine reveals that singer Jessica Simpson went on a drinking binge the same week John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston went public with their relationhip. Apparently Jessica was so out of it at LA's Mexicali Cocina Cantina that she had to leave her Range Rover in the parking lot and call her mom for a ride home. The same night, Tony Romo was seen partying it up in Chicago telling everyone who wanted to listen that he was no single. We wouldn't want to be Jessica right now!

Now there are two people that definitely shouldn't be hanging out. Pete Doherty played at the Forum in London yesterday and after the concert he decided to hang out with out-of-control singer Amy Winehouse. As you can see Amy didn't seem too sober last night and since Pete just revealed that he is now drug-free we think he should probably find friends that are too. The only positive thing about this meeting is that Amy still seems head over heels in love with Blake Fielder-Civil meaning her and Pete won't become a couple anytime soon. Thank God.

Pete Doherty is claiming that he has given up drugs for good after almost killing one of his cats on a drug binge. The singer said "I got a shovel and was goig to kill one of the cats. That was when I was like, you know, 'I'm a bit of a mess'. It was a bit of a crazy time". Doherty was released from prison just last week and was given a certificate saying he was drug free. Let's just hope he doesn't off the wagon again! Source: Mirror.
