Actor Dominic Monaghan, best known for his roles in Lord of the Rings and Lost, was spotted with pink nail polish in the middle of the day. He was in Los Angeles to go to a meeting but we don't know if that would make any good impression? And what is the reason for him to wear it? We thought Bill Kaulitz black nails with French manicure were weird but at least that was in a music video!
