Famous action hero Dolph Lundgren was spotted in the park in Beverly Hills yesterday, not relaxing like all the others enjoying the Sunday sun, but practicing his martial arts with a trainer! We know Dolph is probably really deadly and super-skilled at his fighting, but the only thing he is doing to us, is killing us with laughter! He is not exactly graceful or pretty to look at!

Did you know that famous action tough guys Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren and Brit hottie Jason Statham are all in a new movie together? Its called "The Expendables" in case you haven't heard and the UK premiere was last night in London.
Sly, Dolph and Jason were all there and looking smart in their suits, but you can't quite get the street out of the tough guy, even all dressed up, they were still being typical boys and messing around on the red carpet, faking punches.
Oh a special mention has to go to Jordan aka Katie Price, who was a guest at the premiere and was in another "classy" outfit. Those lycra knee high tights are just so typical her!

Action Hero Dolph Lundgren saved his wife from a traumatic robbery and he wasn't even at the scene of the crime! Robbers attacked Dolph's wife Anette in their house near Marbella in Spain yesterday and tied her up. But as soon as the burglars saw pictures of Dolph in the couple's bedroom they ran away! They were probably scared the tough guy would arrive home and beat them up, Dolph has a black belt in Karate! (Source: DailyMail)

Dolph Lundgren, now 50+, was spotted on the paradise beach Governeur in Saint Barthelemy with his wife Anette Qviberg and their children. He surely seems to try to stay in shape even though he's not a young action hero anymore, maybe the time has come to let go soon Dolph?
