Manufacturing everything from the world's most coveted haute couture to luxury prêt-à-porter, Christian Dior operates about 160 boutiques all over the world and is planning to be opening more in the near future.

Here are some pictures from what will probably go down in history as the most scandalous time in the luxury fashion house, Christian Dior's time. The final collection from scandalised designer John Galliano showed at Paris Fashion Week behind closed doors and blocked off streets. There were hundreds of protesters and supporters outside the event, all wanting to have their say about Galliano's shocking show of racism that got him fired last week. Its official, The house of Dior does has a zero tolerance for bad behavior, even for their iconic head designer! After the release yesterday of the shocking video of John Galliano, talking about how he loves Hitler and thinks all ugly people should have been gassed, clearly drunk and crazy, Dior has not only suspended Galliano, they have gone ahead and fired him! What will happen to his latest collection, due to go on show at Fashion Week on Friday? Who knows....watch this space!

Maybe we were too excited about the Oscars and all the build up to the event, but we were kind of disappointed with the red carpet last night. We weren't totally amazed and blown away as usual! There was a great mixture of nudes, metallics, bright colors and strong black gowns, but nothing cutting edge or special. The girls who really stood out for us were, Gwyneth Paltrow, Halle Berry, Anne Hathaway and of course Mila Kunis, who had to be the night's best dressed...do you agree? Who did you love and hate?
