No, it's not a joke. Dina Lohan was given a Mother of the Year Award yesterday by the Mingling Moms organization in New York. Mingling Moms have decided to honor Dina as one of Long Island's Top 20 Moms and we're wondering what Dina did to deserve that honor?! "We're just honoring celebrities' moms on Long Island," a spokesperson tells OK! Magazine and added "It's something for Mother's Day. It's a list of mothers from Long Island who have raised superstar children." Well, we guess congratulations are in order!
