Denise Richards was photographed during the holidays looking absolutely fabulous when she took her father, Irv Richards out on a stroll in Los Angeles a chilly afternoon. Denise also went picking up some last minute holiday gifts at the Grove shopping centre. Meanwhile, her father picked up a bag full of goodies at Barnes and Noble bookstore. Wonder how she does to keep in shape and so beautiful? Probably botox like all the other celebrities...

Charlie Sheen and ex Denise Richards's daughters are unharmed after being involved in a car accident late last week in Malibu, his rep told PEOPLE. "Charlie told me that the girls are fine," said publicist Stan Rosenfield. "He said it could have been much worse. They were in their car seats, and he is extremely grateful for the safety features from Mercedes." The girls, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, were being driven in a Mercedes SUV when a Honda made a turn in front of them, sparking a four-car collision. The girls' nanny was driving but the only person that was injured was the one who drove the Honda.

Charlie Sheen went to the movies at an Los Angeles shopping mall with his two daughters Lola and Sam and their nanny, but pregnant wife Brooke Mueller was nowhere in sight. Broooke has not been seen in several weeks and many are wondering if there is already marriage trouble. Charlie smiled and posed for the cameras while his daughters, from ex-marriage with Denise Richards, Lola and Sam sucked their thumbs.

Denise Richards took her two daughters Sam Sheen and Lola Sheen to ballet class in Malibu. Afterwards the trio stopped in at a local pet store where, oddly enough, they ran into Charlie Sheens old Spin City co-star Barry Bostwick. The encounter didn't seem to be awkward for the old friends as they hugged and chatted before making their separate purchases and being on their way. Denise was full of smiles all day and seemed to be a very attentive mother to her two adorable girls.

Denise Richards and her lawyer Neal Hersh applied for emergency custody of Denise's and her ex-husband Charlie Sheen's daughters Sam and Lola. According to reports there's a serious issue in Charlie's home that could have a serious impact on the girls. The issue is psychological and Denise wants a professional evaluation before she lets the girls stay at Sheen's house.

Denise Richards was spotted playing with her daughters Sam and Lola at the Palms Super Slide Park in LA yesterday afternoon and it looked as though Denise was having just as much fun as her girls! Dressed in jeans, a simple black top and socks Denise went down the slides several times with the girls and all three of them were giggling the whole time! Nice to see Denise having a good time as her divorce with Charlie Sheen hasn't been pretty!
