Mischa Barton and her celeb friends like Sasha Alexander and real life True Blood couple Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer all attended a fun day for charity yesterday at the Santa Monica Pier The fun day was for kids with the Make a Wish Foundation and it looked like a great time! We think its so sweet when celebs give time for a good cause like this and have fun at the same time!

The super star was walking on crutches as he recently had ankle surgery and we hope he makes a quick recovery! Rumor has it Cristiano will be leaving England soon to join Beckham's old team Real Madrid and who knows, maybe one day the young man will play for the LA Galaxy!
