Califonication-starDavid Duchovny is divorcing his wife Tea Leoni, just weeks after he completed a stint in rehab for sex addiction. But it turns out that the pair, who has been married since 1997, had split before he even checked into the facility. They have been separated for several months but hoped to keep the separation private for the sake of their children.

The Californication-star David Duchovny has really lived in to his role because now he admits to be a sex addicted in real life as well. The actor says in an exclusive statement to People: "I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family." David has been married to actress Téa Leoni since 1997. They have two children, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd, 6.

The Golden Globe and Grammy Award-winning X-Files' famous actor David Duchovny and Adam Sandler were spotted trying the nightlife in London. The two celebrities, along with a group of others, arrived at the five-star deluxe Hotel Claridges Monday evening. David, known as Mulder in the science fiction series, looked good in his casual outfit. Adam on the other hand looked like he was ready for a basketball game!

Mulder and Scully are back! Gillian Anderson and David Duchonvy posed happily on the red carpet yesterday when The X-Files: I Want to Believe premiered at Manns Grauman Chinese Theater in Los Angeles. Gillian, who is pregnant, was beautiful in her long blue satin dress but as usual, actress Bai Ling managed to steal most of the attention. Her yellow dress looked unusually proper from the front but Bai, who doesn't usually like too much fabric, showed off her whole back and her panther tattoo instead!
