Lucky for David, this time he is off the hook! The man at the table with David is not a bodyguard, his is a businessman called Sam Nazarian and David told the paparazzi that the woman is Sam's girlfriend. Lets hope for Victoria's sake, Becks is telling the truth!

We spotted Victoria Beckham and her family at Gyu-Kaku in Beverly Hills last night but something was a little off! The man driving her and her three sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz wasn't dad David Beckham but Victoria's bodyguard. Come to think of it we haven't seen David with his family for a long time and even if they insist that they're happier than ever we can't help but wonder why he's never around anymore!

We spotted the soccer player arriving at Nice airport yesterday afternoon, probably headed to either Saint Tropez or Cannes for some R&R.
