Claim to fame: David Banda was born in Malawi in 2005. In 2006 Pop Icon Madonna travelled to Malawi doing charity work for her foundation. She met little David in an orphanage and filed for adoption papers. The adoption had a lot of bad press and controversy as David's father was still alive. David Banda was renamed David Banda Mwale Ciccone Ritchie in 2006 and is now a part of Madonna's family. This was the first foreign adoption in Malawi.

Guy Ritchie celebrates the quick divorce!

Madonna and Guy Ritchie's divorce got settled today but neither was present when their seven-year marriage was officially declared over. According to the Sun, Guy will keep the Punchbowl pub in London's Mayfair and his beloved Wiltshire estate. He will also get a cash payment equivalent to the value of their Marylebone townhouse. Guy had the right to claim as much as half of Madonna's £300million fortune, but he didn't want her money. The sons Rocco and adopted David Banda will split their time between USA and England while Lourdes, Madonna's daughter from an earlier relationship, will live with her mum full-time. To celebrate, Guy treated his kids to a fancy meal at La Vina restaurant in London.

Guy Ritchie arrived to Gatwick Airport in London with his children Rocco and adopted David Banda. Rumors have been circling that Guy is after his ex-wife Madonna's money, but this isn?t true. He doesn't want a penny from her but he will do anything to get the custody of their two sons. He has hired a top lawyer to help him stop Madonna to get the custody and move back home to USA with the kids.

Madonna and her children Lourdes Leon, Rocco Ritchie and David Banda all attended the Sabbath Service yesterday afternoon at the Manhattan Kabbalah Centre in New York City and even though Madonna is in the middle of an ugly divorce she managed a few smiles. We hope for the childrens sake that she and Guy Ritchie can solve their problems in a civilized manner!

Yohane Banda gave up the 3-year-old son David Banda to Madonna after the death of his first wife. But now he's concerned about the effect Madonna's divorce from Guy Ritchie will have on the little boy. "I am still a poor farmer with nothing to offer, but maybe he would be better off back with us," he said to Mail on Sunday. "This is a new and terrible thing to happen to him. I am too upset to think clearly. When I think of David in danger of living outside a family life I find it unbearable." Yohane also feels disappointed because he hasn't received any photographs or news about his son since the day he let him go.

Guy Ritchie and Madonna to divorce!

Madonna and Guy Ritchie have given up on their 7-year marriage. Recent rows are said to have escalated because although Guy loves their adopted son David Banda, he does not want more kids. The relationship is said to be so strained that Madonna and Guy are communicating strictly through their aides. The film director is expected to move out of the marital home in Marylebone in London and into his Wiltshire mansion.

When they came out from the center David Banda was inconsolable, he didn't seem to enjoy the center at all. And why is he wearing those clothes?
