Somehow she is keeping her family together though. By the looks of it, Kabbalah and a similar taste in hats has helped with that! Madonna's ex, Carlos Leon and their daughter Lourdes Leon were at the Kabbalah centre in New York with Madonna's new lover Jesus Luz and Madonna's adopted son David Banda, all of them wearing Fedora hats! Great to see them getting on so well!

Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman did it back in the nineties and Madonna has publically struggled with her adoptions. Now Amy Winehouse is rumoured to want to adopt a Caribbean baby from the island of St.Lucia where she is recording her latest album. We also hear that Halle Berry is considering adopting, because she is struggling to fall pregnant for a second time. We think its great that celebs adopt, but really, Amy, what are you thinking? We just heard! Madonna's first attempt to adopt her 2nd baby, Mercy James from Malawi has been denied! The judge says it because Madonna is not a Malawian resident, but according to Madonna's lawyers, this law was changed when she adopted little David Banda from the same country a few years ago. We are sure Madonna will appeal the decision, what Your Madgesty wants she gets!(Popcrunch)

Madonna wants little David Banda to have Malawian brother or sister very much

Madonna and her kids have arrived in Malawi and the rumour is they are there to adopt a new baby, Mercy James, as you know. But this is not the only business Madonna has in Malawi. We hear she is also building a school for girls, similar to Oprah's Girls Academy in South Africa. Only problem is Madonna's school will be built on land that is being used for farming! Some locals are saying this is their ancestral land where they grow their food, so they are upset because they have to leave. Madonna is apparantly just ignoring this! How does she manage to cause controversy wherever she goes? (People)

Madonna has had quite a year! She got divorced, had an affair with a married man (Alex Rodriguez) and is now dating a model less than half her age (Jesus Luz)! The Malawian adoption services are not very comfortable with all of Madonna's escapades, so she might be facing another difficult adoption! Madonna is reportedly trying to adopt a 3 year old Malawian child called Mercy James. We all know that Madonna always gets what she wants, so she will probably find away around this little obstacle too!(Daily News)
