We spotted Simon Cowell and his lady friend, Mezhgan Hussainy on a romantic date at Hollywood's Cecconi's restaurant this weekend. Mezhgan is the makeup artist on American Idol and it has been rumoured for a long time that the she and Simon have been dating, but they insist they are just old friends. But this weekend a friend leaked the news that not only are Simon and Mezghan a couple, but they are engaged! Simon has denied the rumours, bu the two were definitely all cuddly together at the restaurant and doing a really good job of hiding Mezhgan's engagement ring finger while the cameras were on them!
