Dakota Fanning may only be 16 years old, but she has been one of Hollywood's brightest stars for years already and she is no stranger to the red carpet! We decided to look at how her style has changed over the years, especially because she has been looking so amazing on the red carpet this year. Guess what we found out? She has been wearing beautiful little girly outfits ever since she was little! So her style hasn't changed much, the dresses have just changed shape as her body has grown up.
