As we wrote yeserday morning Cristiano Ronaldo became the proud father of a baby boy on June 17th while he was in South Africa playing for Portugal in the World Cup. Today a Portuguese newspaper revealed that Ronaldo may have paid a surrogate mother from San Diego to conceive his first child while he was there on vacation last summer. The identity of the surrogate mother remains unknown and Ronaldo has asked of his fans to respect his decision not to talk more about it. (Source: Daily Mail)

This was a bit unexpected! Portuguese soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo, 25, announced Saturday that he is a dad! A little strange one might think considering he doesn't even have a girlfriend right now but Cristiano seems happy writing the following on his Facebook page: "It is with great joy and emotion that I inform I have recently become a father to a baby boy"! The mother's identity is unknown and according to Ronaldo a deal has been made that gives him full custody of the boy. Congrats! (Source: People)
