Amy Winhouse's dad Mitch is convinced that the only way to save his daughter is to have her sectioned, meaning to have her forcibly looked up in a mental institute! In an interview with News of the World Mitch said "I want her sectioned. The situation is getting out of control. I want her off the street." We think it sounds like a good idea since Amy still isn't showing any signs of improvement!

We're speechless.
Bai Ling is no stranger to the worst dressed lists so her outfit in these pictures shouldn't really surprise you readers. Bai Ling was photographed outside the studio where her husband, Dionne Warwick's son Damien Elliott, was recording and seemed to enjoy having her picture taken. We're curious to know if she really thinks she looks good in her crazy outfits or if she just doesn't want to be like everyone else. In any case, don't try that (outfit) at home kids!
