News just in, during a court hearing in California yesterday, it was decided that Courtney Love's 17 year old daugther Frances Bean would become the legal guardian of her grandmother and aunt, because Courtney is unfit to take proper care of her. This comes after a series of strange behaviour from Courtney over the last few months where she has be madly ranting on social network sites such as Myspace and Facebook, so even though the exact reasons for why Courtney is unstable at the moment have not been revealed, at least she has admitted she has a problem. We hope she gets the help she needs and that her daughter will be ok too now.(Source: TMZ)
